Love cures all
*Rest In Peace sweet koala* Sam has left this world today 8/6/2009. The 4 year old cutie and symbol Australian hope was put to sleep after complications of a disease that threatens many koalas. She will be remembered for her courage and fight for life and for showing the world that koalas like all living creatures have feelings and the same desire for life and love like we do. Sam taught us that we need each other if we want to live. She also reminded the world that koalas are beautiful sweet creatures. We’ll miss you Sam!!!

This is a really sweet story of love. The koala that was rescued from the Australian fires has found not only friends and shelter but love too. It turns out the koala was a female and she was named Sam by people at the shelter where she is staying. There, she has met Bob, another rescued koala and the two have supported each other through their tough time. Sam is getting treated for 3rd degree burns to her paws. The koalas along with many other rescued animals can’t go back home 😦 their home is gone but they will be released to a nice place when they get all better.

Valentine Bull
Yes! It happens every year. An animal with a heart-shaped birthmark shows up just in time for Valentine’s Day. We’ve had a pig, a chihuahua…I don’t know what else, use my search 😆
This time it’s a bull! no bull, I mean, no kidding. This cutie was born in Japan two weeks ago. His name is Ha-chan, which means heart. Now, we all know that if an animal is born in February with a heart shape anywhere on its body that’s like getting the gift of life…again. We still don’t know if Ha-chan will be saved from the butcher but people are appealing for a rescue, maybe a zoo or a sanctuary. Lets hope this cute bull finds a home in time. He’s super cute!

Roomba Baby
Remember the Roomba Cat? Now there’s the Roomba Baby. He’s so cute 😆 but I think his chubby baby-ness brakes the vacuum at the end! Not to worry cuz unlike the Roomba Kitty, this baby has human intelligence to allow him to press the buttons and attempt to fix it. ha-ha
Elf Cat
Cats always look like they’re cranky. We’re lucky they’re not “real” Santa helpers or else we’d all get coal for Christmas. Coal or…little dark pebbles…made by kitty 😯
Chihuahua Luchador
Yes! I knew I would soon see chihuahuas in luchador masks 😆 They’re Mexican so it’s only fitting. Plus, everyone knows chihuahuas are tough 😉
